Host: Kaia Livingstone
Kaia is a Psychotherapist who specializes in helping people navigate transformational journeys, including Transformation into motherhood. Kaia uses horses in her practice to help folks connect to their emotional intelligence and to their present experience of relationship. Kaia is also a mother and loves helping other mothers navigate their own personal journey into motherhood.

Co-Host: Corin Blanchard
Corin is a Certified Rolfer who guides the body back to it’s original blueprint of health – a system and structure that is aligned, resilient, coordinated and strong. She’s loves working with mothers to support their process of embodiment and reorganization in the years following childbirth. Corin is also a skilled facilitator with experience ranging from teaching college classes to directing a non-profit to officiating weddings and other ceremonies. She’s thrilled to help hold this supportive, safe, and caring container for mamas to reconnect with themselves in mind, body and spirit.

Nutritionalist: Heather Kane
Heather Marie is a classical Ayurvedic Practitioner in Longmont, CO.  She trained at Alandi Ashram with Alakananda Ma and at Ayurved Sadhana with Dr. Bharat Vaidya.  She is also a continuing student of Jyotish with Renay Oshop as well as a long-term continuing student of Dr. Vaidya.  She received her BA from Central Connecticut State University in literature.  She is a member of both NAMA and COLORAMA and a staff member of Ayurved Sadhana Vidyalaya, part of Prabhuram Ayurvedic Vidyalaya Trust, Mumbai, India.
Heather’s practice focuses on the classic Ayurvedic texts, mantra, and making healing ghees from her own cows.  She and her wife run a small dairy on the farm where they live.  She offers Ayurvedic lifestyle counseling, herbal medicines, and Ayurvedic personal chef services

Shiatsu Body Work: Jason Livingstone
During the Lunch Hour, participants are able to receive body work from one of the phenomenal body workers at the FarmHouse. Jason is passionate about helping mothers come more into their bodies and find their inner health.
