IF YOU ARE NEW TO ROLFING®:

The Rolfing® Ten Series is for you! An initial series may extend beyond ten sessions; clinical experience shows that some individuals may need 2-5 additional sessions to accomplish the goals of a complete Rolfing® series. Schedule an initial session or a 15-min discovery call here!

IF YOU HAVE HAD PRIOR ROLFING®:

Access sessions for periodic tune-ups, rhythmic resets, or as a short series to address a specific issue. Get on my schedule here for a session or 15-min consultation so we can discern the number of sessions that is right for you.
